I hand carved this anatomical heart in jewellers wax, and it has been cast in solid gold.
I have a mold made of it, so I can duplicate it in silver or gold.
You can choose if you want your pendant in blackened or regular sterling silver, or yellow, rose or white 14k gold.

The white gold I use is unplated nickel free white gold made with a high palladium content. It's a deep grey tone.

The pendants pictured are in white and black oxidized sterling silver, and 14k yellow gold, and 14k rose gold. The last photo shows a yellow gold heart in direct sunlight during the sunset, the other photos are in the shade in daylight by a window or outside.
